I’ve started Flashback Fridays here on the blog, but this week is special. This week is Ava’s birth week. If you haven’t already seen, she turns one tomorrow. I am so emotional this week, I can barely talk about her without crying.

It’s 9:27 in the evening and the Skipper and I are about to head to the hospital. I went to the doctor today and was dilated 2 centimeters. She told me to report back at 10:00 so they can start monitoring my progress. The below isn’t so pretty. Then again it is. We are two young people whose lives are about to change. Lover’s embarking on a new adventure. Best friends starting a family. It’s time…

That is so cool how you have a picture from right before you went to the hospital. D came 8 days early and my l&d process was extremely fast, so we were more like woah, we’re going to the hospital now?? WTF??!! I’m seriously lucky she wasn’t born in the car!
